These rules are in place primarily to protect the carp and other fishes welfare, they are here to make sure the fishery has a long & sustainable future, if you are unsure please ask.
1. 3 rods max.
2. No sacks, Fish retention in a landing net ok, whilst you sort weighing and camera equipment out, be prepared.
3. Minimum 15 lb B.S. Line due to the snags. No Fixed Leads, ensure your lead can come free (cut back safety clips). 4. No Baitboats, it's only 60yrds wide at the most!
5. NO Nuts of anykind, particles currently permitted but please ensure these are well prepared, that includes both soaking & boiling correctly.
6. Please show respect for fellow anglers, wildlife, pondlife etc, no removing obstacles/trees/bushes without prior permission. 7. Fishing is by APPOINTMENT only, you must book in advance, if you want to have a look around the lake, then please contact us before doing so. 8. ANYONE caught with litter in their swim will be asked to leave immediately without a refund of monies paid.
9. Anti-Septic liquids such as Klin-ik as well as properly padded unhooking mats must be used AT ALL TIMES. Minimum 42” nets for Carp.
10. Under 16’s must be accompanied at all times by an Adult.
11. All Carp are to be weighed so we can keep a track of growth rates. Publishing of photo’s ok with prior permission.No fish to be removed from premises. 12. No Fires.
